AnteoTech Ltd (ASX: ADO) (‘AnteoTech’ or ‘the Company’) is an Australian-based supplier of advanced chemical and material solutions to the global battery and life sciences markets. The Company’s proprietary, patented cross-linking chemical platform technology improves product performance and lowers end-product costs for customers.

AnteoTech’s proprietary high silicon anode technology Ultranode™ is on the path to commercialisation.

AnteoTech is pleased to announce it has signed a Supply Agreement for next generation battery
design and prototyping with Adelaide-based Airspeeder Team Australia, a pioneer in
manned electric flying car design and racing.

Key points:

AnteoTech has signed an agreement to exclusively supply next generation lithium-ion
battery (LiB) designs and batteries for prototyping to Airspeeder.
•  Airspeeder is the world’s first racing series for manned electric-powered flying cars,
aiming to accelerate the development of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL)
technology globally. Airspeeder has teams in Australia, the USA, the United Kingdom,
Japan, Italy, Germany, Spain, France and New Zealand.
• AnteoTech will be foundational Next Generation Battery Development Consortium lead
for Airspeeder Team Australia, supporting the overall advancement and proliferation of Airspeeder
and the team in eVTOL battery technology.
• Other Airspeeder suppliers and partners include Dell, NVIDIA and Intel.
•  AnteoTech will leverage its in-depth experience in high-energy battery chemistries and
cell designs and network of international partners to supply next-generation battery
technology to improve flight time and power performance of new eVTOL models.

This is an exciting ‘ground floor’ opportunity for AnteoTech to raise market awareness of Ultranode™ 95’s potential. It will allow us to work with our technology collaborators and bring significant global know-how and expertise, as we lead an overall next generation battery design consortium. We are excited to be collaborating with Airspeeder to help shape the future of electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing, or eVTOL, technology and look forward to sharing further news. We are heading to the North American Battery Show in Detroit on 13-15 October 2026, as part of the Austrade delegation, where we will meet with potential customers and seek to further progress our Joint Development Agreement negotiations which are relevant to working with Airspeeder. Multiple parties are testing Ultranode™ 95 within their test program currently, and we look forward to providing updates on this work.
MERRILL GRAY MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, ANTEOTECH
We are pleased to welcome AnteoTech to our supplier list as interest around electric flying car racing continues to grow. This exciting competition sees eVTOLs race just metres above the ground, where overtaking becomes choreography and every lap is a live flight test, pushing propulsion, control, and safety systems to their limits. We are excited to see what AnteoTech and its collaborators can bring to improve our battery performance and further enhance the excitement people have around Airspeeder.

1. Background

Airspeeder was founded in Australia in 2016 and is the world’s first racing series for manned or crewed,
electric flying cars, also known as eVTOLs. Airspeeder eVTOLs race against each other along
electronically governed aerial racetracks. Airspeeder is described as the Formula 1 of the skies, aiming to
accelerate eVTOL/advanced air mobility technology through competitive racing, the way motorsport
historically pushed automotive innovation. It is backed by several international sponsors and investors
including technology and financial leaders NVIDIA, Dell, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Deloitte and Intel.

Airspeeder achieved its first remotely piloted drag race between two aircraft in 2021 and secured a historic
experimental flight certification from Australia’s Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) for its racing eVTOL
in 2025. It is gearing up for its international Airspeeder series race in November 2026, marking a major
public milestone for the sport.
Dell Technologies is powering the simulation, digital twin and telemetry alongside NVIDIA and Intel, who
are involved in rapid design iteration and performance development

Airspeeder is establishing teams across different geographies and is working with various suppliers to
streamline and improve eVTOL designs across distinct stages.
To establish Team Australia, Airspeeder is recruiting candidates from aerospace, motorsport, defence and
aviation, and is working with a range of suppliers as well as academic institutions including Queensland
University of Technology (QUT) and the University of Adelaide. Focusing on the future of aerospace
engineering, AI, autonomy and high-performance electric flight, various model or version releases of
Airspeeder are planned to incorporate new designs.

While Airspeeder’s eVTOL’s are currently powered by off-the shelf batteries and
conventional battery chemistries, Airspeeder and Team Australia will collaborate on improvements in
battery cell chemistry and design, as a major lever to propel their eVTOL’s capabilities further.

2. AnteoTech joins Airspeeder Team Australia as foundational supplier for cell chemistry and design

eVTOLs critically rely on battery power for take-off, flight and landing. The flight time is directly related to
the specific energy (WH/kg) and power performance (W/kg) a battery can supply. As part of joining
Airspeeder’s Team Australia, AnteoTech will leverage its expertise and growing partner and collaborator
networks to design and supply next generation cell chemistries in prototype formats for integration into
future Airspeeder models.

AnteoTech is currently working with and in negotiations with several specialised cathode technology
companies who bring cell manufacturing including piloting and prototyping capabilities, as part of Joint
Development Agreements (JDAs) that could support the design, prototype and supply of high energy and
high-power cells to Team Australia.

AnteoTech expects that this eVTOL testing ground will allow new cell designs, corresponding blueprints,
piloting and prototyping data and learnings to demonstrate the value proposition and performance of
Ultranode™ 95 inside batteries which in turn will support the attraction of new end customer relationships
in the eVTOL and UAV space to AnteoTech.

3. eVTOL Market

The market size for the eVTOL passenger and urban air mobility market was estimated at approximately
US$19B in 2026 and is forecast to grow to $42B by 2030 with the battery inside an eVTOL generally
contributing to up to 50% of the cost.

Key companies active in the eVTOL market presently are located in the US, Europe, China and Australia
and include Joby Aviation, Archer Aviation, Vertical Aerospace, Airbus, Volkswagen Group China and
Airspeeder.

4. Battery Show North America

AnteoTech has been confirmed by Austrade as being part of the trade delegation to the US to attend the
Battery Show North America in Detroit on 13-15 October. AnteoTech will exhibit at the Austrade booth
including showcasing its participation in Airspeeder Team Australia as a result of this agreement.
Preparations for this trade delegation are in full progress and will provide AnteoTech with an opportunity to
showcase its latest additions to its product portfolio – Anteo S™ and Anteo C and continue customer and
partner conversations. Our plans include:
 A presentation at the Battery Show’s Open Tech Forum on Anteo S™ and advancements in
separator technology given by AnteoTech’s EGM – Advanced Battery Technology Business,
Manuel Wieser.
 Co-exhibiting Anteo S™ and the separator level product at a dedicated Xerabrid booth.
 Working with US-based SiMRAX manufacturer and product partner, Black Diamond Structures, to
engage with new potential customers and hold meetings with customers currently evaluating
SiMRAX (6 potential customers, are currently trialling SiMRAX with sales forecasts being sought
with further requests for samples received and being progressed by the Team)
Overall, AnteoTech continues to grow market awareness of its next generation battery market
products and technologies, growing its sales pipeline and converting multiple opportunities to sales.
