Airspeeder operates the airspeeder.com website, which provides the SERVICE.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

The Airspeeder AirCircuit app

This section applies to the Airspeeder AirCircuit mobile application, in addition to the policy above.

Location. The app uses your device’s precise location to work out where the race gates are in relation to where you are standing, so it can draw them in the right place on your screen. Your location is used only on your device, only while the app is open, and only for that calculation. It is never sent to Airspeeder or anyone else, and it is not stored.

Camera. The app uses your camera to show the live view the gates are drawn over, and to read the calibration posters at the venue. Camera images are processed on your device and are never stored, sent or shared.

What the app stores. The app remembers one setting on your device: that you have seen its introduction screens, so it does not show them every time. It stores nothing else. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, removes it.

What the app does not do. The app does not collect or send personal information, does not use analytics or advertising services, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not access your contacts, photos, files or microphone.

Permissions you can check yourself. After installing, open Settings → Apps → AirCircuit → Permissions. You will see two permissions: Camera and Location. You can turn either off at any time; the app cannot place the gates without both.

Children. The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
