Exxovantage will equip and support ground crew with occupational exoskeleton technology during race and flight operations for Airspeeder International series 2026-27 season.

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, 15 September 2026

New Zealand-founded human-performance technology company EXXOVANTAGE has joined Airspeeder Team New Zealand as an Official Team Supplier ahead of the inaugural 2026 Airspeeder International Series, the world’s first racing series for electric flying cars.

EXXOVANTAGE will supply occupational exoskeleton technology and ergonomic support to ground crew members during race preparations and flight operations. While Airspeeder’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) craft compete in the skies, crew members work under tight operational windows to manage aircraft preparation, heavy equipment handling, and repetitive manual tasks.

The partnership will focus on deploying ExxoLift™ technology for physically demanding tasks where strain reduction improves crew endurance, focus, and safety. Operational rollouts will be guided by ergonomic assessments, crew feedback, and real-time operational demands. The collaboration also serves as a proving ground to evaluate how wearable human-augmentation tools integrate into ground-support environments for electric aviation.

Flying-car racing is an extraordinary test of technology, but every flight begins with people on the ground, EXXOVANTAGE brings a compelling new dimension to Airspeeder Team New Zealand by applying advanced human-performance technology to help our crew operate with the precision, resilience, and confidence this sport demands.

Exxovantage solves critical business and human problems with our ExxoLift™ exosuits, the world’s most cost-effective and lightest (800 grams) exosuit designed for workers devanning including bending, lifting and handling all day. Companies deploy the ExxoLift™ to increase ROI, energy efficiency, productivity, H&S compliance, ESG performance, and staff attraction and retention, while significantly reducing strain and pain, fatigue, operational costs, injury claims, lost time injuries, and staff shortages.

From ExxoLift™ to Sovereign Intelligence:

The ExxoLift™ protects your people today. Sovereign Intelligence helps you understand, predict and improve how work happens tomorrow.

By adding ExxoSens™ wearable sensors and ExxoAI™, everyday work, bending, lifting, carrying, fatigue, movement and physical workload, becomes measurable data.

Why should you care about owning that data?
Because it becomes your most valuable operational asset.

• Predict and prevent injuries before they become ACC or workers’ compensation claims.
• Reduce insurance risk and costs by providing evidence of workplace exposure, prevention and intervention.
• Improve productivity by understanding where people are becoming fatigued, overloaded or inefficient.
• Support ACC in NZ and insurers/workers’ compensation in the U.S. and Australia with objective data around physical work and injury prevention.
• Build your own AI intelligence. Your operational data supports process improvement, worker risk prediction.

Start with protecting people. Build the data. Own the intelligence.
